Welcome to Hunared. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hunared website, applications, services, features, and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, or using Hunared, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Hunared services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. About Hunared

Hunared is a global digital platform designed to connect individuals, professionals, companies, employers, job seekers, service providers, buyers, sellers, learners, educators, and communities.

Hunared may provide services and features including, but not limited to:

Jobs and employment opportunities
Professional and job-seeker profiles
Company and organization listings
Temporary work and task opportunities
Services and professional providers
Properties and accommodations
Marketplace listings and items for sale
Education, learning, and training resources
Certifications and professional development
Internships and career opportunities
Scholarships and volunteering opportunities
Events and community resources
Knowledge and informational content
Search, communication, and discovery tools

Hunared may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or Services at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use Hunared.

If you use Hunared on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain Services, listings, employment opportunities, transactions, or features may be subject to additional age, legal, geographic, professional, or regulatory requirements.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain Hunared features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Keep your account information updated.
Provide only information that you are authorized to provide.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
Promptly notify Hunared if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

You must not:

Create an account using another person's identity without authorization.
Impersonate another individual, company, organization, or professional.
Create accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
Use false or misleading credentials.
Attempt to circumvent account restrictions or suspensions.

Hunared may require verification of certain information where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or maintain Platform integrity.

4. User Profiles and Professional Information

Users may create personal, professional, job-seeker, company, or other profiles depending on the Services available on Hunared.

You are solely responsible for the information you publish, including:

Name and contact information
Professional qualifications
Employment history
Skills and experience
Education and certifications
CVs and resumes
Company information
Services offered
Business descriptions
Portfolio information
Images and documents
Other information submitted to the Platform

You must ensure that such information is accurate and not intentionally misleading.

Hunared does not independently guarantee the qualifications, identity, experience, employment history, certifications, or professional claims of any user unless Hunared expressly states otherwise.

5. Job Seekers and Employment Opportunities

Hunared provides tools that may help job seekers discover employment and career opportunities.

However:

Hunared does not guarantee employment.
Hunared does not guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, working conditions, or career outcomes.
Job seekers are responsible for evaluating employers and employment opportunities.
Employers are responsible for ensuring that their job postings are accurate and lawful.
Employment relationships are established directly between the relevant parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users should independently verify employment offers, employer identities, compensation, contracts, visa requirements, working conditions, and other material terms before accepting an opportunity.

Hunared is not responsible for employment disputes arising between users, except to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Employers, Companies, and Job Postings

Employers, companies, recruiters, and other organizations using Hunared agree that their listings and communications must be:

Accurate and truthful
Relevant to the advertised opportunity
Legally compliant
Free from fraudulent representations
Free from discriminatory or unlawful requirements where prohibited by law
Clear regarding material employment conditions

Employers must not use Hunared to:

Publish fraudulent employment opportunities.
Collect money through deceptive recruitment schemes.
Request unnecessary sensitive information.
Misrepresent compensation or employment conditions.
Impersonate another company.
Publish illegal or discriminatory opportunities.
Use job postings primarily to obtain personal information for unrelated purposes.

Hunared may remove or restrict job postings that violate these Terms or appear to present a risk to users or the Platform.

7. Marketplace, Services, Properties, and Listings

Hunared may allow users to publish listings for products, properties, accommodations, services, and other opportunities.

The person or entity creating a listing is solely responsible for:

The accuracy of the listing.
Ownership or authorization to offer the item, property, or service.
Pricing and availability.
Condition and description.
Legality of the transaction.
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Communications with prospective buyers, tenants, customers, or other users.

Hunared does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, ownership, availability, condition, or suitability of items, properties, accommodations, or services listed by users.

Unless Hunared expressly provides a transaction or payment service, Hunared is not a party to transactions or contracts between users.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Hunared to:

Commit, facilitate, promote, or encourage unlawful activities.
Commit fraud, scams, deception, or financial misconduct.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Publish false, misleading, or materially deceptive information.
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or databases.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
Scrape, harvest, or collect user information through unauthorized automated methods.
Spam users or send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law.
Publish content that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
Publish prohibited or unlawful goods or services.
Use Hunared for money laundering or other financial crimes.
Manipulate ratings, reviews, search results, or Platform systems.
Circumvent bans, restrictions, verification systems, or security measures.
Use the Platform in a manner that could harm Hunared or its users.

Hunared reserves the right to determine, in accordance with applicable law, whether activity violates these Terms.

9. User Content

“User Content” means information, text, photographs, videos, documents, listings, reviews, profiles, comments, messages, or other materials submitted or published by users.

You retain ownership of your User Content to the extent you legally own it.

By submitting User Content to Hunared, you grant Hunared a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Services.

You represent that:

You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
Your content does not unlawfully infringe another party's rights.
Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

You remain responsible for your User Content.

Hunared may remove, restrict, or disable access to content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or protect the Platform.

10. Reviews, Ratings, and Community Contributions

Where Hunared provides ratings, reviews, comments, or similar community features, users must provide honest and genuine feedback based on their actual experience.

Users must not:

Create fake reviews.
Manipulate ratings.
Post reviews on behalf of another person without authorization.
Offer compensation for deceptive reviews.
Use reviews to threaten, harass, extort, or defame others.
Coordinate fraudulent rating activity.

Hunared may moderate or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Hunared name, trademarks, logos, branding, Platform design, software, user interface, original content, databases, graphics, and other materials provided by Hunared are owned by or licensed to Hunared and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by Hunared or applicable law, you may not:

Copy or reproduce Hunared's proprietary materials.
Modify or create derivative works from them.
Distribute or commercially exploit them.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law.
Use Hunared branding in a way that implies unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Hunared's intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Hunared may contain links, integrations, advertisements, payment services, communication tools, or other features provided by third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Hunared does not necessarily control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, policies, or performance, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Payments and Fees

Certain Hunared Services may be offered for free, while other Services may involve fees, subscriptions, promotional charges, listing fees, transaction fees, or other charges.

Where fees apply, the applicable price and payment terms will be presented before the relevant purchase or transaction where reasonably practicable.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying applicable charges.

Hunared may change its pricing structure in accordance with applicable law and will provide any legally required notice.

Unless otherwise stated, fees already paid may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable Service terms.

14. Platform Availability

Hunared aims to provide a reliable and secure Platform but does not guarantee that the Services will always be:

Available without interruption;
Error-free;
Secure from every possible threat;
Compatible with every device or software environment; or
Free from delays, outages, or technical defects.

Hunared may temporarily suspend or restrict Services for maintenance, security, upgrades, legal requirements, technical reasons, or other legitimate purposes.

15. Verification and Trust & Safety

Hunared may introduce verification systems, badges, identity or business verification, moderation procedures, fraud-prevention systems, reporting mechanisms, or other trust and safety measures.

Verification does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or warranty of a user, company, listing, product, service, or transaction unless expressly stated.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

16. Privacy

Hunared's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by the Hunared Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hunared provides the Platform and its Services on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Hunared does not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of user-generated content.
The identity or trustworthiness of users.
Employment or business outcomes.
The quality or legality of third-party products or services.
The availability or accuracy of listings.
The successful completion of transactions between users.
That all content or activity on the Platform will be free from fraud, errors, or misuse.

Users are responsible for evaluating information and exercising appropriate judgment before relying on it or entering into agreements with other users.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hunared and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

This may include, where legally permitted, losses relating to:

Employment opportunities
Business opportunities
Transactions
Products or services
Property or accommodation arrangements
User interactions
Loss of data
Loss of profits or revenue
Unauthorized access or misuse

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hunared and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Your User Content.
Your transactions or interactions with other users.
Your infringement of another party's rights.
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

Hunared may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or access to Services where reasonably necessary, including when:

A user violates these Terms.
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
A user creates a security or safety risk.
A user repeatedly violates Platform rules.
Required by law or a lawful authority.
The account is being used to abuse or manipulate the Platform.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, Hunared may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive termination.

21. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected:

Fraud or scams
Fake job postings
Impersonation
Illegal listings
Abuse or harassment
Intellectual property violations
Security vulnerabilities
Other serious violations of these Terms

Hunared may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

22. Dispute Resolution

Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly and in good faith where reasonably possible.

Any dispute involving Hunared will be subject to the applicable laws and dispute-resolution procedures specified by Hunared's legal entity, place of establishment, or applicable jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights provided to consumers or other protected parties under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory legal rights available to you.

23. International Use

Hunared may be accessible globally.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them, including laws concerning employment, immigration, taxation, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, trade, and regulated goods or services.

The availability of a feature or listing in a particular country does not necessarily mean that it is legally available for every user or permitted transaction in that jurisdiction.

24. Changes to These Terms

Hunared may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, Hunared may provide notice through the Platform or other reasonable means where required by law.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the updated Terms.

Your continued use of Hunared after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

26. No Waiver

Hunared's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable policies, rules, guidelines, and additional service-specific terms referenced herein, constitute the agreement between you and Hunared concerning your use of the Platform, except where additional written terms expressly apply.
