The Corporate Accounting & Budgeting Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the Oil & Gas industry. Description As a Corporate Accounting & Budgeting Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing the end-to-end accounting cycle and ensuring transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, while maintaining compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements. Preparing and managing the company's annual budget and forecasts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improved performance. Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary data for budgeting and reporting purposes. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and reporting outcomes. Supporting audits and implementing improvements in financial processes, controls, and systems. Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and drive operational efficiency. Profile A successful Corporate Accounting & Budgeting Manager should have: At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree and certifications such as CPA, CMA and CA are highly regarded. 6-8+ years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting within the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with a Big 4 background. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in Indonesia.
